16th WFD RSA Youth Representative Meeting
The 16th WFDRSA Youth Section Representative Meeting 2026 is a significant international gathering of Deaf leaders and representatives from across Asia. Organized by the World Federation of the Deaf Regional Secretariat for Asia and hosted by the All India Federation of the Deaf, the meeting will be held in Entertainment Society of Goa, Panaji, Goa, India, on 10–11 October 2026.
The meeting is expected to bring together approximately 25 youth delegates, including two official representatives from each WFDRSA Youth Ordinary Member organization across Asia, members of the WFDRSA YS Board, invited guests, Youth observers, and other Deaf leaders.
This important regional event will provide a platform for representatives to discuss matters concerning the Deaf community in Asia, review the progress of WFDRSA YS activities, exchange experiences and best practices, strengthen cooperation among member organizations, and develop strategies to advance the rights and inclusion of Deaf people throughout the region.

For the Ordinary Members (OM) organizations across Asia, delegates are requested to coordinate with their respective President and General Secretary regarding participation. As per the WFD RSA YS guidelines, only two (2) official representatives from each OM organization are permitted to attend.

Individuals wishing to participate as an Observers may register by paying the applicable participation fee given below.
The fee includes 03 days of Accommodation, Airport / Railway Station pickup and drop-off, Meals and Meeting participation.
